"WARNING: This amendment will effect the ENTIRE city of Titusville. The city's churches have a plan for a children's youth center, with this 35-foot restriction this will not be possible to build. This amendment will prevent valuable buildings to be built in your community. This is personal...don't be misled. "
Titusville is a good place to live. It’s a good place for families. New businesses, good restaurants and great shopping add to the quality of our lives and create a vibrant economy. The decisions we make today have a direct impact on Titusville’s ability to stay a great place to live and our ability to grow responsibly.
A proposed City Charter Amendment calls for limiting all buildings in Titusville to no more than 35-feet tall with the exception of aerospace buildings and hospitals. Most people may feel like that has no affect on them. In fact, we will all pay for this decision—today and in the future.
